1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WHIP (Workflow Hyper Intelligence Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Authorized Use

WHIP is licensed to dealership organizations and their employees. You agree to use the service only for legitimate dealership operations and in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and consumer privacy regulations.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Customer Data

Dealership-uploaded customer and inventory data remains the property of the dealership. WHIP processes this data solely to provide the service and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Features

AI-generated summaries, suggestions, and coaching are advisory only. Users remain responsible for all sales, financial, and compliance decisions.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and incident response are governed by your dealership's subscription agreement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for misuse that risks the security or integrity of the platform.
